Trail

The trail starts with massed start in the Abeland farm village behind the Lozorno dam. Runners follow the blue mark on an asphalt road with the limited traffic. After circa 2 km, leave the asphalt road to ascend towards Dračí dub (Dragon’s Oak). From the Oak, ascend another 300 m to the stretch, from where you should run down 1.5 km from Močiarna, 382 m above the sea level, to the dam. From there, you run a mild uphill and 400 m on an asphalt road towards the coveted medal.

The total length of the trail is 6,2 km with the vertical drop of 175 m.
